1
Operator, scope, and legal priority
ZaynApp is operated by ZAYN APP PORTAL (Arabic: زين أب للتعامل الإلكتروني), a
sole-establishment E Trader (Professional) License issued by the Government of Dubai,
Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Trade licence 1618454, commercial register
2847459, issued 17 April 2026, valid until 16 April 2027. These terms apply to the ZaynApp
website, waitlists, app, and related support channels.
ZaynApp's activities are conducted within the Emirate of Dubai in line with the E-Trader licence scope, with
services offered to users across the UAE. Prices are displayed and settled in UAE Dirham (AED).
If any part of these terms conflicts with non-waivable consumer rights or other mandatory requirements
under applicable UAE law — including
Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulation,
Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means,
Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, and Dubai DET E-Trader
licence conditions — the mandatory legal rule prevails to that extent.

Accounts and eligibility
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place a booking.
- Accurate information: You must provide current and accurate contact, booking, payment, and profile details.
- Authority: If you register or submit information on behalf of a salon or business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
- Account security: You are responsible for keeping login credentials and device access secure.
3
ZaynApp's role as a portal and marketplace
- ZaynApp acts only as an intermediary, brokerage platform, and booking portal connecting clients with independent salons and beauty professionals.
- Unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular service, ZaynApp is not the direct beauty service provider and does not perform the salon service in its own name.
- The service contract for the booked beauty service is between the client and the selected salon or professional once the booking is confirmed.
- Independent salons and professionals remain responsible for their service quality, punctuality, hygiene, lawful activity, staff permissions, taxes, and any approvals required for home-service work.
- Listings, prices, durations, availability, and cancellation terms shown before checkout form part of the booking record for that service.
4
Bookings, card payments, and service communications
- Card bookings on ZaynApp are processed through Ziina directly to the salon merchant account where required by the payment-provider flow. Prices are shown and settled in UAE Dirham (AED), and a digital receipt is saved to the booking record.
- After a successful card payment, ZaynApp records the booking and collects the applicable platform commission or service charge from the salon's Ziina wallet through the connected payment-provider flow.
- In-app wallet credits and top-ups are not supported for new bookings. Bookings are paid directly through Ziina.
- By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the quoted price and the cancellation/no-show rules shown before confirmation, including the rule that client cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment are not refundable.
- Undisclosed fees will not be added after booking confirmation except for client-requested changes or taxes clearly required by law and disclosed before the service is performed.
- ZaynApp may send booking confirmations, reminders, support updates, refunds, and security notices by email, SMS, in-app notification, or phone where needed to perform the service.
- Website waitlist or join forms do not guarantee launch timing, approval, listing activation, or access to the app.
5
Salon and professional obligations
- Salon partners must hold and maintain valid trade licence coverage matching the services and activities they list on ZaynApp.
- If a salon offers home or mobile services, it remains responsible for ensuring its trade licence or any separate permit, no-objection approval, municipality approval, or other emirate-specific requirement actually covers that activity. A standard salon licence may not be enough on its own.
- ZaynApp may request Trade License records, Establishment Card or MoA documents, owner Emirates ID front and back scans, official bank or finance details, home-service approvals, and related compliance information before activation or continued use.
- Partners must provide truthful service descriptions, lawful pricing, accurate availability, and prompt notice of cancellations or material service changes.
- Salon partners remain responsible for service delivery, cancellations, chargebacks, refund liabilities, taxes, permits, and accurate listings.
- ZaynApp may suspend, reject, or remove listings where documents are missing, misleading, expired, or inconsistent with the proposed service activity.
6
Salon amounts owed to ZaynApp, refunds, and disputes
- For card-paid bookings, client payments are processed through Ziina directly to the salon merchant account where required, and ZaynApp collects the applicable platform commission or service charge from the salon's Ziina wallet after successful payment confirmation.
- Client cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund to the original Ziina payment method. Client cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, after appointment start, or after a no-show are not refundable unless mandatory law or a ZaynApp support decision requires a different outcome.
- ZaynApp may calculate outstanding salon balances in cases where salon cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, refund reversals, failed commission reversals, or legacy cash settlements apply.
- ZaynApp may offset amounts owed against settlement records, collect them through the connected Ziina flow, send repayment reminders, restrict accounts, or require repayment where balances remain overdue.
- ZaynApp maintains internal settlement records tied to bookings so finance statements, refund history, commission reversals, and chargeback events can be tracked accurately.
- ZaynApp's Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains cancellations, late changes, no-shows, and quality-related claims.
- No policy on this website removes any refund, repair, cancellation, or complaint right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.
- Clients should raise booking disputes through ZaynApp support as soon as possible and ideally within the reporting period shown in the refund policy.
7
Privacy, platform data use, and messages
- Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
- ZaynApp may use booking, usage, operational, and marketplace data to understand platform activity, improve matching between clients and providers, support scheduling and availability, refine recommendations, improve service quality, and detect misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- This may include reviewing usage patterns, interaction trends, and supply and demand trends in aggregated or operational ways to improve the marketplace and user experience.
- ZaynApp does not sell personal data, and providers receive only the information reasonably needed to deliver the requested service and manage the booking.
- Service-related messages needed to perform bookings, protect accounts, or answer support requests may be sent without separate marketing consent where permitted by law.
- Launch waitlists and salon join forms are used only for the purposes stated at the point of collection, including launch updates, onboarding, compliance review, and account setup.
- Users must not use ZaynApp for fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct, fake reviews, abusive communication, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
8
Liability, complaints, and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, ZaynApp is provided on an as-available basis and we do not accept liability
for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal. This does not exclude liability or
consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of
Dubai. Without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights, the parties submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai for any dispute arising out of or in connection with
these terms or the use of ZaynApp.
Consumers may also use available government complaint channels before or in parallel with any court
action, including the Dubai DET Consumer Rights service (+971 600 54 5555) for eligible
complaints involving Dubai-licensed businesses, and the UAE Data Office for personal-data matters.
Any advertising campaign, discount programme, promotion, or public offer run through ZaynApp will be used
only to the extent permitted by the operator's licence conditions and any permit or approval required by
Dubai authorities.
